Hi, I'm charlie,
I've always had a passion for sports, fitness and anything health related. I'm always pushing my body to it's limits whether its training for a marathon, an ultra or just recently a full iron man. Until fairly recently I've neglected how important it is to properly rest and recover from these events, which is why i decided to train to become a sports massage therapist, so i can help you avoid the same mistakes ive been making.
